Yortime: Park to Palace
This away day walk is part of the York Health Walks programme. This 6 mile walk along country tracks and footpaths is designed for the intermediate walker. The walk includes a few stiles. Toilets are available at the start of the walk and half way at Bishopthorpe. Please bring lunch, as refreshments may not be available until after the walk, in Rowntree Park cafe. Car parking is available at a charge at Rowntree Park however the local bus service and the Park & Ride service offer better value for money.
