Yosemite officials plan no new signs after tragedy

Three visitors were presumed dead Wednesday after being swept over a raging waterfall in Yosemite National Park, authorities said. Witness Jake Bibee said the three people fell from Vernal Falls after they ignored warning signs and crossed a barricade to pose for photographs. They were identified as Hormiz David, 22, of Ninos Yacoub, 27, and Ramina Badal, 21, all of California. Yosemite search and rescue rangers were searching the Merced River downstream for the bodies. First up is the hooked on overages course. This one is sold by Rick Dawson and well known.. This program offers wonderful information and is well written. The program teaches folks how to get overages from tax sale foreclosures. But, these overages are not plentiful. That is due to the fact that the vast majority of the tax foreclosures have to either be unencumbered or have to have had a mortgage company which did not react to the county's notification of the impending tax foreclosure. As you can probably imagine, this does not happen very often. But that's not the worst of it. To continue, the cost for the course priced at just under two grand! The much ballyhood short sale riches program. Good system, but it is still a short sale system. Same old same old, new package. Create margin as a middleman in the transaction. Cool twists, but you're chasing a sought after, finite number of deals. Also, short sales are very difficult. You have to remember that you are putting a deal together with a mortgage company who has to also negotiate with any other debt holder behind them. However, if the bank choose to foreclose instead, the foreclosing entity wipes out all claims behind it on the property. At just under a grand, again a tough price tag. Don't forget that even with a low amount of money down for earnest money, you have to have a lot of lines in the water to get a deal to fly, so there can be substantial out of pocket. The deed grabber. This program is by Rick Dawson.. This teaches how to get the deed prior to a tax sale in order to own it redemption cost. Love the materials, the concept and the asking price. Don't like that you still own the property and have to resell it. Also doesn't work in non trust deed states.. The best programs show you how to profit without actually owning the property.. Also, I've purchased deeds before and no, a couple of hundred bucks ain't gonna do it. This is the case regardless of how you phrase your approach. Price is nice and cheap but the lack of available prospective properties makes this a limited product. Perhaps a side deal or two. Free and Clear Real Estate System by J Beck. It's a tax sale investment system. Well thought out, easy to follow. Under 20 bucks. However, the additional information on available property is a recurring monthly bill just under $40 and there are crazy complaints about the back end support being about trying to sign folks up for mentoring. Lots of complaint chatter out there.
